WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW
Our Parma Van is fully equiped and ready for any event small or large. We have attended small scale events from 100 people to large events like Groovin The Moo and AFL Matches of around 30,000 patrons attend. We are fully self contained and ready to operate.
If you do have access to water and/or 15amp power point it will help our operations a lot, if not thats okay we can still operate.
Our minimum spend is $2000 which equates to around 100 people. Our rough estimate is around $22 per person which includes one parma and chips. A 20% deposit is required to secure your event date and full payment due 7 days prior to your event.
We can offer a set menu or open tab, and totally up to you.
Cancellations are to be made to within 2 weeks of your event. If 2 weeks or more notice is given your deposit will be refunded in full or event dates may be changed (depending on availability).
In Geelong or further out? Travel may need to be charged depending on our travel times, within the Geelong region and we wont charge a travel fee otherwise we may need to charge a travel fee to cover our costs associated with travel.
